1. What NoOpenSlots does
NoOpenSlots provides done-for-you lead generation systems for local service businesses, delivered remotely. Our services include:
Local Lead System — $995 setup plus $397 per month, or $497 per month with social posting included. The setup fee and first month are charged at signup; the monthly fee then renews monthly.
Website Only — $1,495 one-time. The same website build, with no monthly system and no automations.
Premium builds — by custom quote only, starting at $1,500. Premium builds require the Local Lead System at the $497 per month tier.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed through Stripe via our booking platform. We do not store your card number.
2. The free draft
If you request a free draft through our website, we build a homepage-only draft from your real, public Google profile facts. There is no obligation. If we do not hear from you, the draft is deleted after 7–10 days.
3. Application and approval
Some services begin with an application form. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We approve applicants at our discretion, based on fit for the service.
4. What you own
You own your website and domain. Your website is built in a Framer account that you own, and you pay Framer directly for hosting (currently $120 per year for a Basic site). Our templates, workflows, and internal tools remain ours.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel the Local Lead System at any time. When you cancel, the monthly fee stops and the automations turn off, but your website and domain stay yours. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.
6. What you are responsible for
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about your business, services, and service area.
Connect your own accounts yourself (for example, Google Business Profile and social accounts). We will never ask for your passwords.
Use the service lawfully and not for spam, deception, or any unlawful purpose.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any number of leads, calls, bookings, rankings, or revenue. Results depend on your market, your services, your responsiveness, and factors outside our control. Any examples or descriptions on our website describe the service, not a promised outcome.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or change the service from time to time, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoOpenSlots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
