1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the service:
Free draft form: business name, website or Google profile link, and phone number.
Application form: business name, trade, city, website or social link, whether you are the owner or decision-maker, whether you control your website and marketing, average job value range, and what happens today when you miss a call.
Payment and onboarding: name, email, phone, and business details you provide when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe through our booking platform. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Website analytics: we may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed. Analytics data does not identify you by name.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18, and our services are not directed at children.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
Respond to your draft request or application.
Deliver, operate, and support the service you bought.
Send service messages, such as welcome information, scheduling, and billing notices.
Improve our website and services.
3. Automated systems and AI
Some features, such as after-hours webchat, use automated systems to answer common questions and collect your name and phone number so the business owner can follow up. These systems do not make pricing or eligibility decisions about you, and captured leads are reviewed by a human. Your information is used only to provide the service, as described above.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number, we may send you service-related text messages only as permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. Replying STOP to a service message may limit our ability to deliver the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the business, including:
Our booking and CRM platform (HighLevel) for forms, scheduling, and client communication.
Stripe for payment processing.
Framer for website hosting, under an account you own.
Analytics providers, for aggregated website usage only.
We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Free draft requests that go unanswered are deleted after 7–10 days, along with the draft itself.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and California rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting hello@noopenslots.com. California residents may also request to know what personal information we hold about them and to request its deletion, subject to legal exceptions. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Cookies
Our website may use cookies or similar tools for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
